Download diAry from the Google Play Store. Create your account using your email address. You'll receive a verification code to confirm your identity — this is how we keep your journal private and secure from the very first moment.
Each time you open diAry, a mood check-in greets you. Select how you're feeling — Happy, Sad, Bored, Romantic, Naughty, Angry, Sleepy, or Sick. Then configure your biometric lock and privacy settings to your comfort level.
Tap the + button to create a new entry. Choose between Text Journal (classic lined paper experience), Voice Journal (tap to speak), or Handwritten Journal (write or draw by hand). Each type captures your thoughts in the way that feels most natural.
Express yourself freely. For text, type on the beautiful lined page. For voice, tap the gold microphone and speak — your words transcribe automatically. For handwriting, select your page style and write or draw naturally using any stylus or finger.
After saving your entry, tap the AI Companion button. Choose Friend mode for emotional support, Mirror mode for therapeutic reflection, Insight mode for deeper analysis, or Auto to let diAry read your energy and respond accordingly. Your companion is always listening.
For sensitive entries, enable Ghost Mode to block screenshots and auto-lock the app. Toggle Burn Mode before saving to set an entry to self-destruct after a chosen time period. Your most private moments can be expressed, processed, and released — permanently.

GMX Quantum LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the diAry mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. By using diAry, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
We collect only the information necessary to provide the diAry service:
We use your information solely to provide, operate, and maintain the diAry application; process journal entries and generate AI Companion responses; send account verification and security notifications; provide customer support when requested; improve App features and user experience; and process subscription payments through secure third-party processors.
The diAry AI Companion feature uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses to your journal entries. Your journal content is transmitted to Anthropic's servers solely for the purpose of generating AI responses. We never use your journal entries to train AI models.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage, JWT authentication with token expiration, and biometric authentication support.
When entries are deleted via Burn Mode, they are permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers. We cannot recover deleted entries. Ghost Mode prevents screenshots and screen recordings within the App.
We retain your account information and journal entries for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@gmxquantum.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
diAry uses Anthropic Claude API (AI responses), OpenAI Whisper (voice transcription), Amazon Web Services (cloud infrastructure), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Yahoo SMTP (email verification).
diAry is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. Contact us immediately at support@gmxquantum.com if you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact support@gmxquantum.com.
